At Liberty Creek Village, we pride ourselves on cultivating a refined community where everyone can thrive, humans and pets alike. To maintain a safe, healthy, and respectful environment, we have careful application regulations in place for accepting pets. All pets must be up to date on vaccines with a vet record on file. Though there are no restrictions on the weight or size of your pet, each unit is permitted only 2 pets per home and exotic pets are not allowed. We also reserve the right to restrict certain breeds of dogs and types of animals.

Most breeds of dogs are allowed Liberty Creek Village, with the exception of typically aggressive breeds including, but not limited to:

Fees and deposits
You are a responsible pet owner, and you deserve transparency in all the rules and regulations that apply to your pet. When you apply for housing at Liberty Creek Village, you’ll receive a detailed pet addendum to review that clearly outlines everything expected of you and your pet in our community and lists all requirements upfront—no surprises either on your rent or while you’re out and about. Additionally, noise and cleanup guidelines are clearly posted all around the grounds so everyone feels respected. Your pet-related fees and deposits will include a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $550.
Per Federal Fair Housing Laws, Liberty Creek Village recognizes that all assistance animals—including service dogs and emotional support animals—are exempt from all pet restrictions.
